This hotel has amazing exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre, along with Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools were just breathtaking. the sauna and steam room rejuvenated us like anything. the massage and beauty treatment we received were exclusive and nothing short of heavenly. the Rooftop pool provided a panoramic view of the city and a Sun terrace relaxing after the swim. Manicure, facial and others were exceptional.

There was only one minor issue, the garden area was a bit unattended and could use some more maintenance. Otherwise, the hotel was spotless and provided us with everything we needed from the moment we arrived.

The hotel had a good location and clean infrastructure, with some lovely front side open areas to enjoy walking at night. the breakfast and food in general were tasty, and the skilled chefs did their best. there were some advantages to the rooms, such as the economic rate of food and some cooperative staff members who provided excellent housekeeping.

The check-in process was slow and troublesome, with the staff more focused on getting documents than helping tired guests.

I loved the food here, especially the dishes made by their skilled chefs. The front side open areas were perfect for a leisurely stroll at night. The hotel staff were cooperative and friendly, making my stay even better. And it was definitely a great value for money!

Spent an amazing Christmas at this hotel. Loved the cozy atmosphere and the beautiful decor. The food was scrumptious, especially the breakfast and the tasty dishes that were served. The location was perfect, very convenient for exploring the city and the surrounding areas. The rooftop pool was a hit, offering stunning views and plenty of lounging space.

The staff was not very attentive or helpful. Took a while to check-in and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The swimming pool on the rooftop was amazing and we spent our Christmas Day there. the food at the hotel was also delicious, and we particularly enjoyed trying out the local cuisine. the hotel's location was great as well, with easy access to local attractions and shopping areas.

The service we received from the staff. They were unresponsive and we had to wait for a long time before being attended to.

The food was delicious with skilled chefs, and the staff was cooperative. The breakfast was good, and the front side open areas were lovely for evening walks. The infrastructure was awesome, giving a foreign land feel, and everything was very neat and clean.
